Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Application

Applications will be accepted between December 1 and February  15. All supporting materials must reach the Cancer Biology Graduate Program office by February 15 in order to be considered, including online application form, letter of interest, two letters of recommendation, resume, and college transcript(s). The fellowship lasts 10 weeks starting Late May, and ending mid-August. Students are required to work the entire period, and will be paid a stipend over the course of the fellowship. The purpose of the program is to prepare students for a PhD program in research. Housing is not provided. Email supporting documentation directly after submitting the online application. Prepare your documents before completing this application form. This fellowship is open only to US Citizens and Permanent Residents. Proof of citizenship is required. Students are required to provide social security numbers if chosen for the program in order to receive payment. Wayne State University Cancer Biology Graduate Program reserves the right to cancel an invitation to the program if unforeseen events occur.
